ที่→ลิงก์นี้ ได้รวบรวมคำกริยาที่เป็น →action verb ไว้ถึง 10 หมวดข้างล่างนี้ ผมเห็นว่าน่าศึกษาจึงนำมาฝาก เราสามารถใช้ verb พวกนี้เพื่อสื่อสารอย่างมีพลัง ทั้งในการพูดและเขียน
ผมต้องการให้ท่านใช้ศัพท์ชุดนี้ นึกทบทวน(ศัพท์เก่าที่ผ่านมาแล้ว)-เพิ่มพูน(ศัพท์ใหม่ที่ยังไม่รู้)-เพื่อพัฒนา(คลังศัพท์ของตัวเอง) แบบใจเย็น ๆ ทีละคำ ๆ โดยใช้ highlight dictionary และ add-on dictionary ที่ผมแนะนำในกรอบสี่เหลี่ยมข้างล่างนี้ เพราะถ้าผมพิมพ์คำแปลไทยแนบไว้ โอกาสที่ท่านจะ นึกทบทวน-เพิ่มพูน-พัฒนา ก็จะมีน้อย ท่านเข้าใจผมนะครับ

♦ แต่ที่ผมอยากจะแนะนำเป็นพิเศษให้คุณครู นำไปเปิดใช้สอนเด็ก ก็คือคลิปข้างล่างนี้ ซึ่งมีแต่ verb และรูปภาพ/ประโยคตัวอย่าง ที่แสดงความหมาย ผมเห็นว่าคลิปอย่างนี้จะช่วยกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนได้ใช้ความคิด มากกว่าป้อนคำแปลไทยให้ทันที

♠ ข้อสังเกต :
(1) verb ส่วนใหญ่มีหลายความหมาย แต่ความหมายที่แสดงในเว็บ มักจะเป็นความหมายที่พื้นฐานที่สุด เช่น see แปลว่า " เห็น " แต่ความหมายว่า " เข้าใจ " หรือ " พบ " เป็นความหมายที่สูงขึ้น เขาอาจจะไม่ได้แสดงไว้
(2) verb บางตัวเป็นคำ noun ด้วย, และเราคนไทยอาจจะคุ้นเคยกับความหมายที่เป็น noun มากกว่าความหมายของ verb เช่น water เราคุ้นเคยคำแปลที่เป็น noun คือ " น้ำ " แต่คำแปลที่เป็น verb คือ " รดน้ำ (ต้นไม้) " เราคุ้นเคยน้อยกว่า ... นี่ก็เป็นเรื่องที่ผู้ศึกษาควรสังเกตด้วย
