Opposition finance expert Korn Chatikavanij ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการเงินจากพรรคฝ่ายค้านกรณ์  จาติกวณิชspoke Thursday against the proposal to borrow 2 trillion baht for infrastructure projectsกล่าวเมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีคัดค้านข้อเสนอให้กู้เงิน 2 ล้านล้านบาทสำหรับโครงการโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน, proposing a cut to 400 billion bahtโดย(กรณ์  จาติกวณิช)เสนอให้ปรับลดวงเงินเหลือ 400 พันล้านบาท (4 แสนล้านบาท), with further projects financed through regular budget channels.โดยให้โครงการต่อเนื่องได้รับเงินผ่านช่องทางงบประมาณปกติ

He said the government can still seek loans of 1.6 trillion baht เขากล่าวว่ารัฐบาลยังคงสามารถหาเงินกู้จำนวน 1.6 ล้านล้านบาทthrough the ordinary budgetary system ผ่านระบบงบประมาณตามปกติover the next seven years.ในช่วง 6 ปีข้างหน้า
